GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This intensive 4-week workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to Performance-Focused Learner Surveys, based on the classic book, \"Performance-Focused Learner Surveys: Using Distinctive Questioning to Get Actionable Data and Guide Learning Effectiveness.\" Led by the world's leading learning-evaluation innovator -- Will Thalheimer -- this workshop will give you the fundamental knowledge you need to design and deploy effective learner surveys. Those engaging fully in the workshop will craft their own learner survey, and get feedback to ensure it is ready to go.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS:

8 hours of Live Online Learning, delivered over 4 or 5 weeks.
4 sessions, approximately 2 hours per session.
8 hours of Asynchronous Learning, including knowledge and scenario questions, discussions, readings, exercises, and mini projects.
8+ OPTIONAL hours to earn your gold certification, including challenging knowledge and scenario questions at (LTEM Tier-4 and Tier-5), and a substantial work project (at LTEM Tier-7).
